New work from Germany, though having some interesting work, consisted of over 20 artists. Each artist representing various disciplines and categorical art-isms ranging from socio-political installations to contemporary painting/printmaking (which is surprisingly traditional and modern). The gallery definitely put off an air of the gambler who bet the board; attempting to put its hand in many honey-pots in hopes of being recognized as a true visionary (or art-business whiz, which I am all about- it is, in fact, All About the Benjamins). I found the inclusion of Thomas Zipp's World Kantzler Office a nice bit of satire considering Saatchi's mega-business art-display was housing it.
